Once we have the basics of your infrastructure, the DR Group then begins the design phase of your project.  We create a WireCad document (please contact us for samples) which includes the basic elements of your facility.  This is your blueprint and it allows us to accurately analyze proof and install all the necessary components to run a complete facility.

From the WireCad document we are able to provide you the following:

• HVAC loads
• Power loads
• Rack elevations and Space necessary for all equipment
• A complete list of all equipment for your facility
• Routing information and locations
• Cable Numbers
• Documentation for future expansion

This information is then provided to the General Contractor for bidding and overseeing the construction.  A DR Group representative will be on site during construction to verify:

• all necessary prep work has been accomplished prior to wire installation
• all safety and building codes are adhered to
• deadlines are met for final completion.

During the installation we keep our clients updated on the progress of the project.  At the end of each day, a report of progress and what to expect the next day is provided.  Keeping an open dialog with our clients creates a smooth working relationship where everyone knows exactly what is happening at all times. 

Once the project has been finished, the DR Group continues to support your facility with 24/7 service should you require it.  Our trained technical support staff will work with your facility needs, should they arise, from Final Cut Pro, deck or server related issues.
